Jasper's Bourbon Barrel Gin Cocktails

The Aviation

  • 2 oz Jasper's Bourbon Barrel Gin
  • .5 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • .25 oz Crème de Violette or Crème Yvette
  • .75 oz Lemon juice
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Cherry (optional)
  • Glass: Cocktail or Coupe

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass or coupe.
Garnish with a cherry if desired.

The French 75

  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Jasper's Bourbon Barrel Gin
  • 3 oz Champagne
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Lemon twist
  • Glass: Champagne flute

Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

The Negroni

  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Jasper's Bourbon Barrel Gin
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Orange half-wheel
  • Glass: Old Fashioned

Add all the ingredients to an Old Fashioned glass and fill with ice.
Stir until cold and garnish with an orange half-wheel.

The Newgroni
(for those who don't like the bitterness of Campari)

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Jasper's Bourbon Barrel Gin
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Orange half-wheel
  • Glass: Old Fashioned

Add all the ingredients to an Old Fashioned glass and fill with ice.
Stir until cold and garnish with an orange half-wheel.

The Last Word

  • .75 oz Jasper's Bourbon Barrel Gin
  • .75 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • .75 oz Green Chartreuse
  • .75 oz Fresh lime juice
  •  
  • Glass: Cocktail or Coupe

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice
Shake, and double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.

The Jasper's Martini

  • 2 oz Jasper's Bourbon Barrel Gin
  • 1 oz Dry or Extra Dry Vermouth
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Lemon twist
  • Glass: Cocktail or Coupe

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe
Garnish with lemon twist.


Tolerance Cocktails

Tolerance & Cider

  • 1.5 oz Tolerance
  • Hard Cider
  •  
  • Glass: Pint

Add Tolerance to ice filled pint glass.
Top with your favorite hard cider.
No need for garnish.

Tolerance Old Fashioned

  • 1.5 oz Tolerance
  • Sweet Tea (Or Sweet Tea and Lemonade)
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Lemon Wedge
  • Glass: Collins

Add Tolerance to ice filled Collins glass and top with your preference of Sweet Tea or a combo of Tea and Lemonade.
Garnish with lemon wedge.

Zero Tolerance

  • 1.5 oz Tolerance
  • .5 oz Campari
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Sugar
  • Ginger Beer
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Lemon twist
  • Glass: Collins

Add first four ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with lemon twist.

Tolerance Boulevardier

  • 1.5 oz Tolerance
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  •  
  • Garnish: 1 Orange Twist
  • Glass: Old Fashioned

Combine all ingredients in mixing pitcher with ice and stir briskly for 30 seconds.
Strain into an old fashioned glass served up.
Garnish with orange twist.

Tolerance Sour

  • 1.5 oz Tolerance
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz Simple Sugar
  • Egg White (optional)
  •  
  • Garnish: Cherry and/or Lemon Wedge
  • Glass: Collins

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice
Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a cherry and/or lemon wedge.


Jasper's Gin Cocktails

The South of Broad

  • 2 oz Jasper’s Gin
  • .75 oz freshly squeezed juice from 1 to 2 limes
  • .75 oz freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz cold club soda
  •  
  • Garnish: Mint Sprig
  • Glass: Coupe

Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin, lime, lemon, simple syrup and mint leaves.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into coupe and top with soda water.
Garnish with mint sprig and serve immediately.

The Charleston Rickey

  • Half a well-washed lime
  • 2 oz Jasper’s Gin
  • Chilled club soda
  • Splash of simple syrup (optional)
  •  
  • Glass: Collins

Fill a 10-ounce Collins glass with ice.
Squeeze lime into the glass, getting as much juice out of it as you can.
Toss in the lime, then add gin.
Top off glass with club soda.
If you like a sweeter drink, add splash of simple syrup.

The Gin Gin Mule

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Jasper’s Gin
  • 2 oz chilled ginger beer
  •  
  • Garnish: Lime Wedge and Mint Sprig
  • Glass: Collins or Copper Mug

In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice.
Add gin and fill with ice; shake gently until chilled (you don't want to smash the mint too much), about 10 seconds.
Strain into a Collins or copper mug glass filled with ice, add ginger beer and stir.
Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprig or both.

The Cucumber Gimlet

  • 2 thin slices cucumber
  • 12 fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 oz Jasper’s Gin
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup (see notes)
  •  
  • Garnish: Thin Cucumber Slice
  • Glass: Coupe

Muddle cucumber and rosemary in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice, add gin, lime juice and simple syrup.
Shake well. 
Strain into chilled coupe.
Float thin cucumber slice on top of drink and serve.

The Salty Dawg

  • 1 1/2 ounces Jasper’s Gin
  • 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, from 1 lime
  •  
  • Garnish: Pinch of Coarse Salt
  • Glass: Collins

Add gin and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into ice-filled Collins glass, add a pinch of coarse salt on top and serve.

The Perfect Gin & Tonic

  • 1 1/2 ounces Jasper’s Gin
  • 3 ounces tonic
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice, from 1 lime wedge
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice, from 1 lemon
  • Aromatic Bitters (such as Angostura)
  •  
  • Garnish: Cucumber Slice or Orange Peel
  • Glass: Collins

Squeeze lemon and lime wedge into ice filled Collins glass.
Add gin and tonic and stir well.
Float with cucumber slice or orange peel, and two drops of aromatic bitters.
Trust us and don’t skip out on the bitters; it will balance the sweetness of the tonic perfectly.
